Cancellation and Other Spa Policies


  • Soulace promotions are designed to give our clients periodic exceptional value for the services and Relaxation Experiences scheduled here at the spa. We often run multiple promotions simultaneously, but we ask that all clients help ensure our ability to continue doing this by understanding that promotions cannot be combined for any reason.
  • A credit card is required to secure all reservations.
  • If cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment is necessary, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of your appointment time, as well as no-shows, are subject to a charge to the credit card on file equal to the full price of the scheduled service(s).
    • For clients holding gift cards, if an appointment must be changed or cancelled inside 24 hours, charges assessed by the spa may be assessed against the gift card ONLY with expressed consent from the gift card holder prior to the appointment time.
    • No-show charges, as well as charges for cancellation or appointment changes inside 24 hours without expressed consent from a gift card holder, will be assessed to the credit card on file.
  • As a courtesy to all clients on our schedule, the end of service does not change based on arrival time of the client, but is determined by adding the length of service to the scheduled appointment time. To maximize your experience at Soulace Spa, be sure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your service.
  • Please turn all cell phone sound OFF prior to entering the spa from the lobby.


  • Group reservations require 100% prepayment and cancellations require 2 weeks’ advance notice to qualify for a refund. Due to the extra time & attention we put into booking your group reservations, any date, time, and/or significant service changes to group reservations, including cancellation, are subject to a $50 change fee.
  • Scheduled services may not be substituted with other services except in cases where service time & provider remain the same. If a service substitution is desired and these conditions are met, the group will be charged the value  of the higher-priced service and any additional charge must be paid prior to the start of the service.
  • For the convenience of you and your guests, a 20% gratuity will be added to all group packages at the time of booking. (Individual appointment (non-group) gratuity is at the discretion of the client at checkout.)


Soulace loves rewarding our loyal clients for introducing our Relaxation Experience to friends and loved ones. Because our referral rewards are very generous, we do need to ensure they are redeemed appropriately and are not abused.  The following guidelines apply to Soulace’s Referral Rewards.

  • All referral guests must have a local address within 30 miles of the spa. We love when you bring guests from out of town to enjoy the best spa experience in the Upstate, but our significant referral discounts are intended specifically to help you introduce new local clients to the Soulace Relaxation Experience.
  • All referral guests must pay for their services individually.  Guests paid for by someone else (at the time of service, as part of a group, or using a gift card) do not qualify as referral guests.
  • Referral guests must utilize their discount on a single service received during their first visit to the spa and must give the name of the referring client at the time of checkout to receive their discount.  The referring client will also be credited at that time with a referral discount toward their next service of equal or lesser value.
  • The current Referral Reward discount is 20% off a single service for both the referring client and the new client. Additional services or add-ons booked during the same visit will be charged the regular menu price. Referring clients may use a maximum of 2 referral discounts on any one equal or lesser valued service for a maximum service discount of 40% at or after the time the discounts are earned.


  • Most services at Soulace may be purchased in a series of 6 or 12 services for a discount.  The discount per service is currently 15% for series of 6, and 20% for series of 12 services.
  • Series services are intended for use by the purchasing client only and may not be gifted or used to pay for groups or other clients.
  • Series of 6 services may be used any time within 9 months of the date of purchase.  Series of 12 services may be used any time within 18 months of the date of purchase.
  • As with all Soulace promotional discounts, services purchased in a series may not be combined with any other promotion or discount.
